I’ve used the web version of this from time to time and found it a pretty decent service. Now they’ve launched a (beta) iPhone version and its pretty good.

Channel choice is limited but quality over 3G is very impressive.

Certainly cheaper than the EyeTV solution if you just want to watch TV
